The program starts with basic exercises, gradually increasing in intensity.

Muscle Up Program: Achieving the Ultimate Goal

Targeted at individuals with a moderate level of strength, capable of performing at least 5 pull-ups and 8 dips, this program includes specialized training to achieve the ultimate goal of completing a muscle-up. It concentrates on increasing strength and mastering the necessary techniques. The progressive training plan allows for step-by-step skill advancement towards achieving a muscle-up.

Stretch Program: Enhancing Recovery and Flexibility
